6 Week Group Coaching

Next Group Begins June 3

Limited to 10 women.

A focused 6-week coaching experience designed to help you lose fat, hit your numbers, and build real momentum.

This is for the woman who wants structure and accountability — but doesn't need private 1:1 coaching.

Inside this group container, you'll follow personalized macro targets and a structured strength training plan while receiving weekly guidance and accountability.

Think of this as the start of a body you can maintain.

What’s Included

- Personalized macro targets

- Structured strength training plan (home or gym-based)

- Full app access for tracking and communication

- In-app macro monitoring (I review your intake and progress)

- Weekly group check-ins for accountability

- Access to the Cut, including recipes and a 21-day meal guide (repeated twice across the 6 weeks)

- Group coaching environment for shared support and learning

You'll track your nutrition and follow your strength plan inside the app while participating in weekly group coaching and check-ins.

Throughout the 6 weeks, I'll provide guidance on:

- Structuring meals around protein and fiber

- Staying consistent through busy weeks

- Navigating social situations

- Adjusting when life shifts

You'll have direct messaging access inside the app for questions along the way.
