Alissa Hammond, PN1, RYT
Certified Holistic Women’s Health Coach
Hi, I’m Alissa — a certified holistic women’s health coach and founder of Whole & Well Method. My passion lies in helping women feel their best, achieve sustainable results, and create a healthy lifestyle that supports—not restricts—a life well lived.
I hold my foundational certification through Precision Nutrition and have completed additional training in women’s health, stress and sleep management, menopause, pregnancy and postpartum care, and GLP-1 support. I’m also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) through Yoga Alliance and a fitness instructor at Pure Barre Bozeman, where I’ve been teaching since 2018.

Like many of the women I now coach, my own wellness journey didn’t come easily. For years, I was active and “ate healthy,” yet struggled to achieve the results I truly wanted. I chased every fad—restrictive diets, fasting windows, excessive workouts—until I finally realized that the harder I pushed, the further I got from feeling well.
Everything changed when I began fueling my body instead of fighting it—learning how to nourish, rest, and move in ways that supported my hormones, energy, and long-term health. That shift inspired me to help other women do the same: to feel strong, balanced, and whole from the inside out.
At Whole & Well Method, I believe wellness isn’t about doing more—it’s about doing what matters most for your body. My approach is holistic, sustainable, and rooted in science. Together, we focus on nutrition, movement, mindset, and recovery—the pillars that help women feel truly whole and well.

I live in beautiful Bozeman, Montana with my husband, our daughter, and our two poodles. When I’m not coaching or teaching, you’ll find me working out, spending time with my family, or running my art gallery, A Banks Gallery. I believe wellness should support your whole life — not take it over. My own journey has taught me that feeling your best comes from balance: nourishing your body, moving with intention, and creating space for what truly matters.
